AYELETBYNAOT.COM RETURN POLICY
- Before you take your new shoes for a walk, please test-drive them indoors on a clean surface to make sure you love them before you wear them outdoors. Worn merchandise cannot be returned.
- Items marked as final sale are discontinued and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Once an item has been altered in any way, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Footwear must be sent back within 30 days of the date of purchase and must be unworn in the original useable shoebox.
- When returning or exchanging your shoes by mail, you are responsible for the shipping charges and the shipping label for the return shipment.
- We cannot reimburse any shipping fees added to your original order.

Credits can take an additional 2–10 business days to post to your account, depending on your credit card.
MAIL-IN RETURN & EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Before mailing your shoes back for a return or exchange, please request return approval online, through the link at the bottom of any email related to your order, or click here. If you have an AyeletByNaot.com account you can also do so through your orders page. Any shoes returned without approval will be returned to the sender.
- Please include a copy of your Return Approved email or the Naot.com Return & Exchange slip that came with your order in the return shipment.
WALK- IN EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS AT NAOT RETAIL LOCATIONS:
- Exchanges are free if you walk into one of the Naot retail stores listed below. To exchange your shoes in-store, please contact the store directly or stop by during business hours. Mail-in returns not accepted.
